2007 Canada-Day Fireworks

Strathroy children receive hundreds of free Canada Day balloons!
 
At Johan's Countrywide we were privileged to have the opportunity to hand out approximately 750 helium balloons to children this year during the Strathroy Canada Day fireworks celebration!

Several volunteers, two huge tanks of helium, thousands of feet of ribbon, and hundreds and hundreds of balloons to be filled and tied, were worth it as soon as the first child came up with an ear-to-ear grin.

A huge thank you to our volunteer help:

Pat Rondelez & Brigitte Nolte who helped feed the help with their awesome BBQ food & sweets!

Peter Rondelez, Sylvia Rondelez, Elizabeth Pereira, Nicole Goncalves, Peter Rondelez, Gina Rondelez, Maurice Rondelez and others for their help filling the balloons, handing them out, or cleaning up after!

The Strathroy fireworks committee for allowing us the opportunity to make the children's experience a little more "uplifting"!
