To complete the application, you will be forwarded to our credit provider, Citi Financial. After completing the on-line application, you should receive a response within two minutes.

You will receive a Countrywide Credit Card in the mail (approx. 2-3 weeks) which is good at any Countrywide store. You can also simply print off the approval and take it to Johan's Countrywide for immediate purchase. - Don't forget to bring two pieces of appropriate ID (one piece must be a Photo ID, be government issued, and confirm your current address).
